The William Stok Art Centre is a charitable organisation in London that has been designed to promote and advance the arts and education for public benefit by inviting artists to show/perform in exchange for tuition such as visual arts (painting/sculpture/photography/illustration/theatre/ cinema/ music).
The shows/performances will be free to attend

OUR POLICY
The William Stok Art Centre will promote art which does not follow fashion.
Therefore to give the public an education in contemporary art (covering the last 50 years), there will be a rolling programme with a 360% view of different aspects of visual art with varied and wide-ranging styles.
To provide a wider program of art, in exchange for tuition by the artists, the William Stok Art Centre will give young artists the possibility to show/perform to enhance their curriculum and will also enhance the overlooked artists that have already given a contribution to art history.

Current well-know artists will be invited to show at the same time as young and overlooked artists to focus attention by their presence

The shows/performances will be free to attend
TEACHING COSTS
Charges for teaching by the invited artists who are showing/performing their work will be £5per hour (a lower fee than other educational organisations) with reductions of 50% for unwaged and low income.
